They do a fine job
Have an alarm error going off on a Saturday morning without explanation. No one answers phone, no one calls back after multiple messages left. Assumed that I would always be able to reach someone who I pay to monitor the alarm at our home but I guess I was mistaken. Peace of mind indeed!
Currently at DeGraff hospital in North Tonawanda New York. The building alarm went off due to a steam fitting error. The fire department responded and left after their responsibilities were fulfilled. The alarm is still going off 1 hour later we are sitting waiting to be discharged and have still have the constant alarm ringing in our ears. I believe after we leave here we will still be hearing it because it's being ingrained in our consciousness.
