Great Jones has been the worst companies I've ever had to deal with in any category. I've lived in my current house for three years, and I can't believe that I've held on this long. When I considered switching management of my townhouse to Great Jones, I checked reviews and at that time I saw a lot of negative reviews from tenants but not from landlords so I decided to give this company a try. Big mistake! You can reach the regional manager directly only before you sign the contract. After that you need to leave any inquiry or request to support@gratjones.co and you could receive a response in a few days or never. They just took my money and never got back to me 😡 And the call center is terrible you can't even understand the english spoken on whoever is answering
