Amy is a real professional - she does an amazing job every time regardless of what she is given to work with! As a real estate agent, I understand the absolute necessity of preparing a home properly before putting it on the market - despite this hot market. I recently renovated a small house to flip. When i was complete with the renovation my realtor said i did not need to stage the house. 3- weeks went by lots of showings but no offers. I called Amy to stage the house and within 2- weeks had multiple offers and sold the house for cash. It was the best investment i made on the whole project. I highly recommend Amy and if you want to sell your house fast stage it with Great Impressions!

I know with small houses especially buyers have a hard time imagining what will fit and where and how to place furniture. It may seem strange, but staging makes rooms look larger, too.

Even if you have a small house and/or small budget, Amy's services are invaluable in getting the optimal results for selling. I'm thrilled with my decision to hire Amy! I have a small 2 bedroom colonial and didn't think hiring staging consultation was going to be: A. affordable or B. very beneficial, but I'm happy to be wrong on both points.
