Josh Gerber helped my family get our home! We closed September 30th and he made the process a breeze. He was very helpful with any and all questions we had. Just shoot him a text and he would call not long after a lot of times right away! Friendly, professional, and good connections. We used the lender he referred us to and this lender was able to get us a way better rate than what previous places had estimated us on a mortgage!
