So disappointed with my lunch today.... not acceptable
Fantastic store, owner, employees! I can't resist the pumpkin chocolate chip muffins and bread. My family loves this place.
I love to get my bread from this location. The staff is always friendly and outgoing. My kids like to get the free slices of bread.
So disappointed!! The store was dirty, the staff got my order (sandwich) wrong and then challenged me on it. Thankfully the cashier had written it on the order sheet. No apology, no attempt at service recovery. When they fixed my order they tossed it (literally) on the counter and called out for us to come and get it. We were the only customers in the store. This store puts other Great Harvest stores to shame.
Went in at 2:50, knowing they serve sandwiches until 3. Was told they couldn't make a sandwich. Beware of false advertising
I went in today at 1:30 pm and they told me they weren't serving any sandwiches anymore for that day. This was after my friend I was out to lunch with, had ordered his sandwich. Also at 1:30 in the afternoon on a Monday....hmmm honestly not surprised how this place stays in business...
I love Great Harvest. They have amazing breakfast goodies and the numerous types of breads are great...Cinnamon Burst is my favorite. To top it off the staff at the Bountiful Store are very pleasant and professional
