Our claim to fame is our whole grain bread made from the the world's best bread-baking wheat. The high-protein, hard red spring wheat from the plains of north-central Montana is stone-ground fresh on a mill right in our bakery. Nothing is added or removed, giving each loaf a rich wheat flavor and whole grain nutrition not possible with commercial flour. Sesame portobello grain bowl is one of my favorites!
Great staff and even greater bread
The mushroom sandwich is so good, full of flavor!! Every time I’m in the area I get one. The bowl is also very good!! Gluten free bread would be a great option to add to the menu!
