This used to be one of my favorite places to go and pick up local made, healthy bread. I recently picked up a loaf of white and to my surprise they are now adding high fructose corn syrup to this bread. Because of this, I probably won't be going back anytime soon. If I want to eat unhealthy bread with hfcs, I can buy it at the grocery store for a fraction of the cost. I checked other Great Harvest web sites and some proudly post they don't include hfcs in their bread. Billings didn't used to use hfcs and now they do.
My most wonderful find so far in Billings. I love the breads and the fact that it’s within walking distance of my house. So far, the cranberry orange has been my favorite; the pumpkin chocolate chip a close second.

Best place on earth! Best bread, love love the new salads! I never make sandwiches like that at home!
Normally I would give it 5 stars. We go every few weeks and I'm always happy with any product I buy. However, I am thoroughly frustrated when I stop at 3 pm and there is no bread except for dessert types. If you close at 5 why not keep a small inventory on hand?
