Connecting with Paul was very easy.He was home very soon to get the measurements done and also giving us the quote the same week. His team did a beautiful job refinishing our hardwood floors. They paid great attention to detail and clearly explained the process to us.We chose a water based finish,it looks beautiful and has hardly any odor.I would not hesitate to use Great Hardwood Flooring again!

Paul and his team are true professionals.They recently installed a beautiful new hardwood floor in one of our upstairs bedrooms. I used Great Hardwood Flooring to refinish the hardwood floors in the entire downstairs of our house. Price was good,They were so knowledgeable about how to make the repairs we needed and how to work with us on our budget.The floors turned out beautiful.There were two spots that we asked them to do a fix on their work and they worked with us to make sure that we got the product we wanted in the end. They fixed their fix.

Very happy with the work this company has done for me I had them refinish my entire 1st floor which was about 1,500 square feet definitely no easy task.Great Hardwood Flooring delivered and the finished floors came out much nicer than I could've ever expected.The price was also very competitive considering a few other companies quoted me quite a bit higher for the same amount of work.Overall I'm very pleased and I'm now probably gonna rip up the carpet on the second level next and rehab those floors.Can't wait to be wow'd on... read more

Replaced parquet flooring on main floor of our Chicago home with hardwood as well as had stairs refinished to match floors. From the selection of the hardwood to finished product,Pawel was very helpful, honest in the cost and effort and accommodating to any changes that I needed. I've had quite a bit of work done in my house over the last few months and this was by far the largest work and the least painful work done.

own some rental properties and have done business with this company on a few occasions. Pawel has always been honest with me.I explained that I have an older duplex apartment zoned and slated for a teardown in a few years.It didn't make economic sense to waste money on a full refinish and the floors weren't exactly in terrible shape so we decided to do a simple screen and recoat to get a few more years out of them until the building is gone.I recommend them highly.

They were professional, started and finished on time.The work was marvelous.You may find cheaper quotes, but this companies delivers what they promise.The whole job was about 4 1/2 days.

Its nice to know there are companies out there that keep their word when they tell you they will.This time I was looking to refinish my floors on the main level of my house which is about 1,200 square feet.I did some google searches and came across this company which had pretty good reviews from previous clients so I decided to give them a shot.I called and scheduled a consultation which was done promptly.They then told me they'd start work in 3 days and be done 3 days after that.Sure enough despite my inital doubts they fin... read more
