Extremely disappointed with the soundproofing in our new $1.3 million Great Gulf townhouse. We can clearly hear our neighbors through the living room wall every single day. I've lived in other condos and townhouses with shared walls and have never experienced anything this bad. Despite repeated complaints, the builder insists it “meets code” and refuses to take further action. The house was not even cleaned properly—dust everywhere, dirty windows with construction spots, and washrooms needing a deep clean. For a $1.3M townhouse, this is unacceptable.
