Dave from Great Floors Ingersoll was awesome to deal with! He ensured the installation was done in a timely matter as we had a short deadline. Installation was great, no damages to any paint and they cleaned up after themselves. Would 100% recommend Great Floors to all our friends and family
We worked with Great Floors as carpet installers and are still owed over $1,000 in holdback. Chad, the owner, said it would be paid after 3 months — it’s now been over 2 years with no payment, despite many follow-ups. Would not recommend working with them.
