I have to admit that the staff is fantastic. The problem I have with this place is that, unless a miracle happens, you will not see the same dentist. I went there 3 times and each time it was a different dentist with different advice. The last time I went they drilled open a tooth that didn't even have a cavity to prevent one. I would never recommend this group to a anyone.

Will this Dentist try to get you an appointment ASAP if you have an emergency? No Was the rinsing sink clean and did they have disposable cups and mouthwash for you to use? No Would you recommend this provider to others? No Did the Dentist's staff seem friendly and welcoming to you? Somewhat Did you feel that your appointment with the Dentist was worth it? No

Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled? Yes, I was given all the information before my treatment Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes Was the toothpaste used during your cleaning enjoyable? Yes

Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Would you recommend this dentist to others? Yes Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

I thought that everyone on the staff was very nice and friendly. I did feel welcomed during my visit.
