Very bad experience at Great Expression Rochester Hills, Michigan today. The front desk lady let me sign on a paper to charge me $32 for my regular teeth cleaning today. After I laid down on the dental chair, the dentist assistant let me sign the paper for charging me $110. I asked why and how much they are charging me for this service. Everyone was friendly and very professional. Great place to have your dental care performed.
This was my first time at Oakridge Dental Center and the experience was amazing. Upon arriving, there were signs instructing you to wait in your vehicle, and call the office to check-in. I only waited about 5 mins before the receptionist let me know my room was ready and that I could enter the building. When I entered the building, the staff was very friendly and inviting. I had a very good appointment with Sanel Cehic on Tuesday, September 15, 2020. He was very conscientious, being very good at the significant scaling required to keep my teeth and gums healthy. Checkout with the office staff was very friendly and efficient. I was escorted into the office from the car as required by COVID-19 restrictions are still in place.

I had no real reservations visiting Oakridge Dental Center and their staff the first week of open dental offices. They have always been very conscious of providing the very safe environment. The additional persuasions in place were very safe but not intrusive. I complement Dr. Obeid, Sanel, and the whole office staff. Many thanks.
