I’ve been coming to Great Expressions for a few years now got my braces installed and removed and all, but over the past year or so the customer service has declined immensely. DO NOT COME HERE!! They will scam you and tell you that you need services done that you don’t. Absolutely the worst dental office I have visited and I seriously regret ever steeping foot in that trap. Scammed me out $1,000 for a “cleaning” and guaranteed my insurance would help since they said I “needed” it, turns out I didn’t! And now they refused to help me with telling my insurance I “needed the cleaning”. They also cracked a wire I had in my mouth from braces in the processes.
