$105 of wasted money. Not the color or cut I wanted.. I look like a boy..but it was curled when I left so I couldn't tell until I got home!

I'm so sorry you were not happy. You were explained to in your consultation that because you had been box coloring your hair black at home that silver would be a process. The only way to get there is to go through some brassy tones and that could not be achieved in one appointment. You agreed to start the process. I booked a quick cut with Taylor to freshen up my (very) long hair and give it some body. I came freshly washed (still damp) and she didn’t push for a full service and instead just got straight to cutting. She was friendly and communicative, asking personal questions that weren’t invasive but also felt genuine, and explained what she was doing as she cut. Dana was an excellent stylist! She was very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to work with my hair. She left my hair looking great with a new hair style that I was having a difficult time achieving in the past. I will definitely be coming back!
