Jason and Anthony fantastic to deal with looking at and purchasing a van. They are very helpful and allowed us to found a caravan that suited our needs. no question was un answered. After care and quality however has being interesting post ownership of our van. Our first issue that we had was that both the sinks in the ensuite were mal-aligned with the drainage outlet resulting in leaking. If you're after a well built caravan at a decent price and, super importantly, fabulous after sale care then make sure you pay Great Escape Caravans a visit. Absolutely loved building our quad bunk van through them and cannot fault their friendliness, knowledge and service.
After doing many months of researching into what van to buy we decided on a Great Escape Couples Van as it suited us perfectly and was in our price range. Upon visiting Miller's Caravans in Queensland and talking to Scott we made our purchase of one of his display Caravans. With a few minor teething issues which Scott and head office couldn't have been more helpful with we are now making amazing memories as we visit many different places. Just want to give a big shout out to Scott and Ashleigh at Millers Caravans in Morayfield (QLD Great Escape). These guys have both been amazing along with the whole Great Escape team, we can’t fault their warranty work and customer service. We bought our Great Escape in 2023 and found out in April 2024 we were moving overseas for work. Long story short we had some warranty work that popped up a couple weeks before we were to depart and we were also trying to sell the van prior to moving.
