We had such an amazing experience with the team at Great Escape Caravans. Buying a van for our family was a big step as we prepare for a big change, and the whole team made the process feel so easy and exciting. Jason, Anthony and Chantel are amazing. So very friendly and their knowledge is great. Very accommodating on any changes we wanted and prompt on answering all of our questions. From start to finish of our van we received updates and photos. Was so surprised how quickly it was completed. Handover was thorough. Love our new caravan. We recommend everyone to get a Great Escape.
This is a Litchfield Caravan, manufactured by a small company in Somerton. They simply have a "supply arrangement" to Great Escape Caravans". Great Escape Caravans ARE NOT manufacturers as stated on their web site. My experience with them has been terrible. Would not recommend. In response to the owners response. Very happy with our new van. Purchased off the floor - Within 10 days we were driving out of there. Very impressed with all the fixtures and finishes you can tell it’s all high quality stuff, including the appliances. Would recommend. Value for money is top notch.
