I’ve used this company since 2005- excellent service year after year/ I have them do PM each year and VALUE THE TECHS AND SERVICE! Josh is the best - professional and kind!
Part came in and they and they called me and sent tech right out to install. Tech was nice , professional and took extra time to clean AC unit . After part was installed he checked the rest of system with his gauges and pronounced the AC ready to go
We have been with Great Dane for nearly 14 years now. I can’t possibly think of a reason why we would switch to anyone else. The staff is so friendly! The technicians are extremely thorough and our new favorite is Jonathan. :)
1 star If I could give zero stars I would....lrts start from the beginning I called at 510 PM for a furnace issue was explained by dispatch Kristen ( very rude) that the cost of a service call would be $134.95 ...I reluctantly agreed....my service tech arrives a d diagnosis my problem in 2 minutes says the switch was off...I also him for a discount because of what happened he calls dispatch Kristen and says your all set....I am thinking cool they waived all charges....I get $20 bill for a tip and he says no they only reduced... read more
Just got back from vacationing in Florida and woke up to a cold house. Called Great Dane in a Sunday morning and a tech arrived within the hour. Service tech, Mike K was thorough. The invoice was very reasonable for a weekend emergency call.
Was able to get an appt when I needed it. The technician was on time, very knowledgeable, and friendly. Job well done!
Had an issue with our AC unit. Upon doing some searches and inquiries from friends/family and on-line reviews, we decided to give Great Dane a try. (We had used them for service on our furnace 13 years prior, as well and were extremely happy then too...and, that repair is still holding strong) Called this morning and was immediately helped by Jeff and made a same day apt. Great Dane installed our furnace and air conditioning this year. They did a wonderful job and very professional plus their very nice people who worked there. So glad we went with them. I highly recommend them.
I had a great, friendly, and knowledgeable technician. I was satisfied with my service. I would highly recommend Great Dane.
