Great Dane Floors won us over because of several factors: 1. Artur showed up, communicated well, and was responsive, with a reasonable quote unlike three other vendors. 2. We gave him the wrong coat color and it only cost us what it costed him, when it would have been fair to leverage for more money. 3. The stairs were so well done that it gave a face lift to the whole staircase area. Now the stairs are solid, safe and don't make a sound. 4. We just had a water damaged section of our hardwood floor replaced, and the entire floor refinished by Artur. The results are absolutely beautiful. Great attention to detail, every single part of the floor looks amazing. You can't tell at all that an area of the floor had to be replaced. Plus he got it done quickly, on time, and the dust was minimal.
