The location is a revolving door of staff. The rate of employee attrition is terrible. When you do find someone you like to cut your hair they are gone a month later.
RecommendedI went for a haircut and told stylist to take the least amount off as needed to eliminate the split ends and shape up the LONG LAYERS...we agreed on an inch...she took off 3 inches and put such short layers in that my hair looks terrible..so thin and sparse! As a client, we expect the stylist to listen and have some common sense. Never Again.
Got haircut today, not a good experience. Girl worked fast so I thought she knew what she was doing. Not trimmed as I wanted around the ears and back is just blah. Since it is short will take time to do anything. She used the comb rough and I said ouch. I think she was just trying to get to some of the people that came in after me, hope they had a better experience than I did.
Checked in online for a haircut. Waited 1.5 hours outside past the appointed time. No call. 2 hours now, no call to come in. Door says that masks are required. There is zero science that supports requiring a mask and its bad for people as they don't filter unless it is an N95 mask form fitted and sealed. Cloth masks don't filter the Chinese Flu in or out and can cause issues for the wearer such as increasing viral load, hypoxia, and can cause a cytokine storm in the body. Checked in online was there at 535 nobody else in the place and was told that cant cut my hair..wth..lady was already closing down drawer despite having a half hour yet to cut hair.. very disappointed and terrible customer service...AVOID this place!!
I checked in on your web site for a haircut at around 650pm when I arrived at your store at 659pm you told me that you couldn't take me because your were closed despite the open sign being on and the door being unlocked and your hours being posted to 9pm. Because all I needed was a quick haircut I went to cost cutters at 705 and was done by 715pm. your loss.
