Best hair cut that I have ever gotten A+++++
Nicole was superb! She understood and nailed the style I was going for. I tell you she's a hidden gem and I just took the chance to go to a chain hair salon. Her service was way better than the last "high-end" salon I went to.
From the time lawanda greeted me till the moment she sent me off was magic. I went from Cave man to productive member of society. She was courtesy and professional and pleasant. Ill come back for the customer service alone, the nice cut was the icing on the cake. THANK YOU!
Have came in here and gotten the same person at least 3 or 4 times now. She always cuts it down so short and I never like it, I believe her name is Jenna. I had a different stylist, (i cant remember her name) at the same location before and they did exactly what I wanted, kept it long up top with my curls and short on the sides. I'll continue to go to the sylvania location and get what I ask for.
