It's so bad that I arrived without booking an appointment and waited for over 80 minutes and it didn't come to my turn; that's so bad and frustrating to waste 80 minutes of time without reaching what I want..
I asked for a trim did not want to look like l just had a haircut. My hair was slightly touching my ears. After the cut I looked like l had just got my first military hair cut! I am now looking for a smaller shop so I am able to get the same barber each time.
