I did receive the best customer service however the hairstylists Amy just got out of school did a bad job on my hair, Great clips do follow up with their standards and guarantee their haircut. I will cont. to go back however I will allow another stylist with more exp do my hair. pass on your Great customer service skills to Fantastic Sam's they need it.
