I've been going to this place since it opened. But my last haircut was the worst I ever got in my 68 years. This guy read what was on the slip of what I like, and gave me the complete opposite, HE JUST KEPT CUTTING, AND CUTTING AND CUTTING. I spent 26 years in the Marine Corps and this guy butchered me shorter than my years in the Corps.

I checked in online but when I arrived no one checked me in because they were busy. Then after a 20 minute wait someone finally came and asked if I had been helped. I hadn’t and they checked me in and then I had to wait another 10 minutes. The person who cut my hair (sorry I don’t remember your name) was very nice and took care of me, but they were fairly disorganized overall.
