I'm rating on my overall experience today. I've been taking my boys here since they were born (9yr) and I've never experienced this level of disrespect and disregard for my feelings. Teri was patient w/ me and has Great customer service. Jill on the other hand needs to be relieved of her duties, she was rude and when I was speaking to Teri she interjects to say meaningless rude remarks.
