Jill was absolutely awful. She not only was passive aggressive from the second I walked in but she also gave me a terrible hair cut. not at all what i asked for. when i continued to ask for more layers she eventually said “no more after this it’s only a $19 hair cut that’s turned into a $55 hair cut. I’m not cutting anymore”. Then she proceeded to use every tool she had and butcher my hair even more than she already had. Absolutely butchered my hair. Didn’t line anything up. Uneven from every angle
I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The professionalism and quality of service fell far below expectations. It was clear there was little pride taken in the work, and even more concerning was overhearing staff speaking negatively about clients within earshot—especially with children present. Customers deserve respect, courtesy, and a welcoming environment. Unfortunately, this visit did not reflect that standard. Do better Great Clips.
