The best haircut I've had in 10 years... Bonita was a brilliant hairdresser - what a unexpected surprise! I had previously been to "SportsClips" in Chicago and my haircut was average at best - but obviously you get what you pay for, so no complaints! But here, for $25, Bonita did such a good job of my hair, I was quite astounded! My hair is admittedly long, curly and quite "difficult". But I have had $50 haircuts that are FAR, far worse. Usually in and out experience. I arrived at my check-in time then waited 30 minutes even though they had three stylists - one of whom was cleaning a mirror while I waited. I left and did not get my hair cut here.
Literally such a horrible experience. My hair is completely messed up and he cut it so much short than I asked in the front and it’s completely uneven. Stylists should be honest about what they can do and tell customers when they aren’t skilled at what you’re asking.
