Poor customer service We purchased 5 hair cuts on a $14.99 in February for my mother she went to get a haircut yesterday and thay said that the cards are no good anymore and put it in the garage and still charged her $25 for a senior citizen haircut. This isn't the first time but when they had the $9.99 haircut card they did the same thing. Took the card and put it in the garage. The owner and management is really bad the girls are nice and just doing what there told but there not honoring promotions and their gift cards.
Walked in and an employee was literally talking very loudly and she was unprofessional. Moreover, when I told her not to yell, she said that that’s the way that she talks. Truly disappointed with the way they treated.
