I would appreciate it if the barber looked at the picture I showed rather than relying on the notes left by the previous barber. I made it clear what haircut I wanted, but she barely glanced at the photo and she assumed she already knew what I wanted, which resulted in my hair being cut the wrong way. I know many experienced barber would take the time to look at pictures and listen to what the customer wants instead of cutting hair right away.
I brought in an item to return. Zoey waited on me and was super helpful and polite. Also she cut my hair last week and did a very good job.
Went today for the first time and they were so nice and I absolutely love my new haircut! I'd totally recommend these peeps!
