Anna listened to every inane quirk of my hair, & asked many questions to hone in what I really wanted/needed done. She was fast, & efficient. Pleasant, & knowledgeable.
Laranda was very pleasant. She listened to the way I was wanting my hair cut. I love my hair. I always enjoy my experience at Grest Clips.
Service was ok. The wait time on the app stated 14 min. When we checked in we waited over 30. The stylists were constantly having to leave the clients in the chairs to go check in the walk ins. They seemed like they were drowning with lack of staff and lots of customers. Wait time went from 14 min to 40 and we were still waiting after 30 min+. The company should consider having a receptionist that checks in the customers so the stylists aren’t required to maintain the desk while servicing a client. I feel bad for the stylist... read more
