I generally go to the store in Lubbock, Texas on 114th and Quaker. Very clean store. Very friendly associates. I request Jude to cut my hair, but I have never had a bad haircut at this location. I like the online check-in. It minimizes my wait time.
Extremely unhappy with what we received today. Said it would "shrink" as it dried and it was a literal trim for $32 and her bangs weren't even cut. We will not be back at this location.
Showed up for a quick men’s haircut 15 to 20 min before close, and had successfully signed in online 30 min before close. When I got there it was clear they were already closing. They told me some story about the computer not working and then closed 15 min early (I could see my name on the screen). There were at least three employees present. Guess it was for the best, my son got an unsatisfactory haircut at the location a couple months earlier. I would think the owner would want their staff taking business till close. Oh we... read more
