My experience was great. The young lady who cut my hair listened to what I wanted, and made it happen!!
Butchered. Employee incapable of understanding basic instructions. I only wanted a trim, but so much hair was cut I can not even put my hair in a ponytail anymore. I literally showed her where I wanted it cut. But what I wanted didnt matter apparently and she was going to cut it how SHE wanted to cut it. I FEEL VIOLATED
