Monica was great with my son. It was a great experience.
This is for the customer service aspect of requesting a specific barber. We called to ask for Monica’s availability and was told that we could “see it online”. No offer for an appointment or even an answer to our question of the barber’s availability. We then did as instructed and only saw that there was a 59 min wait. No option to request a barber. Waited 30 minutes past the check in after waiting an hour to be next. I got skipped over when it was my turn and decided to go to the other haircut place across the street.
