This place gave me a lady farquaad haircut and I was cursed for the next 6 months. I said I wanted it to my shoulders and they cut to above my chin. I was traumatized and I’m never going back. Shame on you. (Also I never rate this harshly, but you guys deserve it.)
Had a horrible experience here. Genuinely the worst and laziest haircut I've ever received. While my stylist was decently friendly, every move of the razor and scissors she did was lazy and imprecise. Upon inspection at home, the top is unevenly cut, there are plenty of hairs sticking out messily by my ears, and even after asking her to make sure she got all the hairs on my neckline she left a lot. Asked for a low taper fade they didn't care and have me the last haircut that I got there a friking skin cut that I had as a 5 yr old. Asked for this they gave me this
I was pretty disappointed today when I got my hair done by Emily. I started the cut by describing what I was looking to have done all while using 3 photos, hand gestures, and specific measurements. During the cut I questioned her approach as it didn’t appear to be conducive to my request and she reassured me that she was aware and giving me what I asked for. Towards the end I specifically asked why she didn’t square the sides of my hair as requested and shown in the photos. She told me that she could put notes in the future.... read more
