I've been coming to this location for over 10 years, and unfortunately, this was by far the worst haircut I’ve had here. My usual cut is simple—one length all over, with a quick cleanup on the sideburns and neck. But this visit felt rushed and careless from the start. I've literally been going to Great clips for years. Today at the Brigams Landing location in Provo, Utah was the worst salon experience I've ever had. The stylist was rude, appeared hung over or high (or something). And literally took three minutes. (Three minutes) to cut my hair and approached my head more like a butcher than a barber. When she said she was done I was lost for words and hesitant to say anything else, on fear it would make my hair worse. So now I'm driving around provo trying to find a barber to fix my hair.
shit cut emeaditly went to great clips to get the shit cut i got fixed... this person was lost on what she was doing.
Wonderful experience. I checked in online and headed that way when I got the text to. Barely waited and was in and out fast.
My sister and I went in today. Her hair turned out great, mine on the other hand.... not so great ( different stylelist than hers). I told the girl that my last experience somewhere was not good and she assured me she was good. I told her I wanted my hair BELOW my shoulders, showed her about an inch and half, still quite past my shoulders. Told her I trusted her and let her do her thing.
