Helpful staff, no real wait.
I seriously doubt any of the staff had any experience working with human hair. A homeless man under the bridge could’ve given me a better haircut. I was so shocked at the incompetence I didn’t even trust them to try and fix it.
My boyfriend went in for a haircut and was told the wait would be about 15 minutes, which was totally fine. After that time passed, they took him right away and everything started off well. His hair isn’t long, curly, or difficult to cut, and he didn’t ask for anything complicated just a simple fade with a trim on top.
