The stylist was very nice and did take the time to check in with me throughout the appointment, but unfortunately, I left feeling really unhappy with my hair. I came in wanting a relatively simple trim and thinning of my layers and bangs because my layers were feeling heavy and weighed down. Instead, some of my existing layers were incorporated into my face-framing pieces and part of my bangs, which made my bangs look thicker than they did before. I really like Cecilia—she does my haircuts. If you just need a regular haircut, this is a great place to go. I’d definitely recommend her for a simple cut, but probably not if you’re looking for fancy hairstyling in great clip (not sure about it since I only did regular hair cut)
Customer Service is always top notch. Wait times minimal. Amanda is THE BEST. She provides a consistent, high quality cut every time.
