I went in asking for a medium drop fade and I ended up receiving a high fade with no drop. The cut was uneven as in my right side was faded higher then the left. I came back to get it fixed and got the same person who cut my hair. I explained I was not happy with the cut and to just make it look better. The entire time though she wouldn't accept fault for giving me the wrong haircut and to me made it feel like it was my fault for what I received.
