I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was very disappointing. My son showed a clear reference photo of the haircut he wanted (a textured mid taper fade). Unfortunately, the haircut he received looked nothing like the reference. The top was cut much shorter than requested, and the fade was harsh with almost no blending. My son was absolutely heartbroken and cried the entire way home because he was so unhappy with the result.
