I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was very disappointing. My son showed a clear reference photo of the haircut he wanted (a textured mid taper fade). Unfortunately, the haircut he received looked nothing like the reference. The top was cut much shorter than requested, and the fade was harsh with almost no blending. My son was absolutely heartbroken and cried the entire way home because he was so unhappy with the result. Took my 4 year old autistic son to get a hair cut here, the last time we came here the lady did a excellent job and she was very patient and efficient, although today we had a different stylist (Devon) and half way through my sons hair cut he refused to finish or “take part in it” because my son was stimming and reacting to the clippers. In town for work and had been trying to find time for a haircut before flying to Portland. Ran out of time and flew in on a Sunday. They were open til 6 and I got in around 5:15. No wait, but I used the app to sign in. David took me and was excellent. Very good hair cut and just the right amount of chit chat.
