I've been getting haircuts with Great Clips for ten years. Always had great experiences. Today, was a different story. I went in and was told they would be right with me to sign me in. 20 minutes later two people walk in and get signed in before me when I was told I'd get signed in as soon as they were done cutting the current person's hair.
