I came in for just a shampoo service and unfortunately had a very poor experience. Stephanie seemed upset when I clarified I wasn’t getting a haircut. During the wash, my thick hair wasn’t fully saturated, very little shampoo was used, and way too much conditioner was applied directly to my scalp. Even after asking for a re-wash, my scalp still had buildup and felt itchy, with visible conditioner residue under my nails. I left with product still in my hair, which was uncomfortable and disappointing.
My stylist, Blair at Great Clips, Silverstone in Gilbert, is fantastic. She's been my stylist for several months, and every cut she's given me has been absolutely perfect. I have thick, wavy, short hair; getting a good cut is a chore. Blair understands this and knows exactly what looks best and how to achieve it.
