Just aweful hair cuts Everytime not even sure why I went back I had to ask for them to blow dry the hair off my face
Haven’t been here in a little while and I was there today. Blair did my hair and she did such a good job! She’s also an amazing human to talk to while getting your hair done. I highly recommend her!
I came in for just a shampoo service and unfortunately had a very poor experience. Stephanie seemed upset when I clarified I wasn’t getting a haircut. During the wash, my thick hair wasn’t fully saturated, very little shampoo was used, and way too much conditioner was applied directly to my scalp. Even after asking for a re-wash, my scalp still had buildup and felt itchy, with visible conditioner residue under my nails. I left with product still in my hair, which was uncomfortable and disappointing.
