Edit- The managers reached out and were sincere with their apology. I did a walk-in and was seen quickly. My stylist, Avery, did an amazing job. She took her time and helped me figure out the perfect style for my hair. I'll be coming back here.
Avoid them like the plague! I have long straight hair nearing on a meter long. I came for a trim because when I braided my hair it had a long tail. I very carefully asked for the stylist to cut it straight across NOT IN A V and to if anything leave the hair in the front longer than it the back. The hairstylist seemed to be in a rush and distracted.
