I usually go to Great Clips to get a haircut. I do so since the personnel are definitely customer oriented and their work is outstanding. In particular, I enjoy working with Joan and Majeet. I have been going to that shop for several years and have not been disappointed. The two women are great barbers with excellent personalities and they do great work.
Mason consistently demonstrates a strong commitment to excellence by exceeding expectations. He is genuinely concerned about customer satisfaction and ensures that tasks are completed to a high standard. Additionally, he maintains a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.
The remote “check in” process is routinely misleading. For example, after checking in, I’ve received updates on the app saying my estimated wait is 10 minutes or less. Then when I arrive, I still have to wait 45+ minutes. Also, if you stay on the waiting list too long to make certain you are next in line upon arrival, they will delete your name. More than once I’ve shown up right at an hour after checking in on the app, and my name had been deleted. Regardless of the quality of the haircut, this process is very frustrating.
