Always a great haircut!
Good cut friendly staff the store was clean hats off manager
This is my second review, Very disappointed with the service. They don’t listen to what customers actually ask for and just do whatever haircut they feel like doing. The staff seriously needs more experience and professionalism. Instead of concentrating on the haircut, they seem more focused on the songs playing in the store. Wasn't my regular stylist. Was not pleased. I guess I'll know don't let just anyone do my hair.
Called for an appointment and one of the stylists' was snarky and uninformative. The tone used and the selection of language. Lost my business. That's my prerogative.
