This is the second time me and my family head to this new location (we had been going to a different great clips place that was relocated) and leave feeling sad and disappointed. Although the workers are kind, they end up cutting my and my son’s hair way shorter than what we ask for. They interpret the hair cut their own way, even after taking photo examples, and therefore leave the hair cut looking short and nothing like what we asked for. Stopped by for a straight trim. Nothing crazy, just a blunt cut. I was super disappointed to find my hair was super choppy when I straightened it at home. Thankfully, Ursula saved the day!! She wasn’t the person who I originally went to, but when I popped in to get it fixed and I immediately noticed the difference. She checked every angle and fixed me right up. Very thankful for her!
