First picture is what my hair looked like before I went in for a haircut. Just asked for 2 inches off my base and for my layers to be trimmed. Didn’t realize how uneven my hair was left until I got home and styled it. Very disappointed & upset, I had been growing out my hair for a long time & it’s hard to trust hairstylists now a days. Manager was nice enough to fix it for me the best she could but at the cost of losing most of my length and overall just an upsetting experience.
I walked in at 7:59 p.m. and asked if they had time for one more haircut. The staff member replied, “Um, no, we’re closed.” While I understand businesses have closing times, the response came across as unprofessional and unfriendly. Disappointing customer service.
Worst place , i mean i sure expected an okay haircut for the price but the guy from here dont even know how to blend it in, i have lines around my head where it shows he goes from 0 to 1. Its really bad just go ahead and spend the extra money on a good haircut, not here!
