Every time when you ask for the same haircut they don't listen. They decide what looks best on you add products you don't want and show neglect. Not only do they not apologize they blame it on you. Don't be fooled by their prices they raised every single haircut price for worse quality ones.
I went there, asked them very politely just to clean the back and sides and we can then see what needs to be done next. Not only did the barber not listen but she gave my the most horrendous haircut I’ve ever had. I’ve gone here a couple times now and the results are the exact same. They know only one haircut and that’s it
I used to have a hair stylist that I’ve been going to for 25+ years but she moved to Hawaii. Since I don’t dye my hair any longer and I now keep it short, this GC is close by so I decided to try them out. I’m glad I did. Great and quick service by friendly stylists. Plus I’m paying 80% less than before and I don’t need to go to Los Gatos!
I was worried about checking in so close to closing time, but I was in and out in no time.
I have curly hair. Asked for a trim. Full of regret. My hair stands straight up on the top of my head. Way too short.
