I am very disappointed by the service that was provided and if I could, I would rate this lower than one star. I came recently for a trim and expected to have an inch or two trimmed off but was unpleasantly surprised when 5 inches got cut off. The cut was unnecessarily large and I was gaslight into thinking that my hair was still long when it is now average or below average length. I like check-in time policy where I can check and see the waiting time. It takes me less than 10 minutes to get there. When arriving , I see my name on the screen indicated I’m first I enjoy with varies clippers with cheerful smile and the pleasant conversation with each other. The only issue is that i go and get my hair cut once a month or longer. Added plus, I let receiving the yearly discount coupons for the varies months of the year. Bonus free hair cut on Veteran Day or was It Memorial Day. Leighton Horio
