Wow—just wow. I called several locations to ask whether they would honor my Great Clips digital email coupon from another store and with back to school being tomorrow after a holiday break, locations had up to 60 minute waits. Paula answered and immediately said they would accept it, without hesitation. Paula was welcoming, friendly, and very thorough.
