Cut it shorter than what we asked for and daughter hated it
I visited the Great Clips in Palencia my just an hour ago. There was a woman there—I don't know her name—who was very large-built and had an unpleasant appearance. My son is six years old; all children tend to be difficult when getting a haircut. He was sitting in the chair, but she wasn't holding it steady; consequently, he fell off onto his knees and was in a lot of pain. I do not believe there is a more friendly and professional stylist than Stephanie at the Palencia location. Pretty sure she wouldn't even know how to give a bad haircut.
Been to Stephanie several times now. She listens to what I tell her about my hair and does what I ask her to do. She will tell me if something better tan what I ask for. She is always very pleasant.
