I went to Great Clips today, and it was a shitty experience. I didn't catch the person's name, but this large Black woman gave me a horrible haircut—she cut more off one side than the other, even after I showed her photos of the style I wanted and gave her instructions. Her cutting technique is terrible; all I could feel was the clippers banging against my head as if she were hitting me. Afterward, she grabbed a pair of scissors to do the finishing touches. I’ve been a customer for years, but today was my last time.
The last person to do my hair did not do well. I asked for 3/4 of an inch to be taken off. Less than 1 week out i needed another cut.
