We've been taking our kids to Great Clips for a while now, and they always do a fantastic job. The staff is patient, friendly, and great at working with children. My son has very sensitive skin, and they are always careful and attentive during his haircuts. My daughter is prone to tangles, but they handle her hair gently and make the whole experience stress-free. Typically, I have to wait around 30 minutes at every hair salon or barber shop that I go to. They did a wonderful job on my haircut and I probably waited 15 minutes before being seated. Keep in mind that there were five people ahead of me.
