I walked in with medium-long hair and showed the stylist a video that stated EXACTLY what I wanted done to my hair. It said a middle part, how long to do the sides (to the ear and layered), and back layered and textured with bulk. She did not watch the entirety of the video I provided nor did she do what I requested. This location has gone downhill. I kept trying to tell my stylist what I wanted but she was in a hurry to get me out of the chair so she could finish working on a new style for her coworker. I was in the chair for a total of around 7 minutes with her asking multiple times “alright is this it”. I gave up and have a bad haircut.
They always do a great job!
I asked for a little off the top not for a crooked bowl cut across my forehead
