Tried to use the online check in system. They sent me a text at 2:30 stating that I’d be up in 15 minutes. Waited until 3:12 before I just left with two people still ahead of me. What’s the point of online check in if it’s going to be wildly inaccurate. Just go somewhere that honors their check in times.
Bryanna did an excellent job cutting my hair and even before me dealing with a special needs guest. She was friendly fast and had a good care and attention to detail. Jett at the front was friendly, kind and very helpful to the stylists, quick with cleanup and assistance.
Christi is the best! Highly recommend her for your next cut!
They messed up my haircut got it too short and then have to even cut it Shorter to fix it. I was very disappointed.
