Thank you, thank you, thank you Great Clips from going from mediocre to actually being Great experience. My husband (proud veteran and cutest senior SAPD detective) received an exceptional haircut..we noticed the difference from the norm at this particular shop. His attention to detail, charming demeanor, professionalism, and courteous manner was impressive and refreshing … Thank you, Mr. tall, dark and handsome (my husband believes his name is Kenneth) ..we will be back w/ our two sons in tow

Update:After getting home I noticed how bad the hair cut was, my neck line is 2 inches higher than it used to be, around my ears it’s so uneven and crooked. I called to days in a roll to get his lic # to file a complaint with the state, the first day I called they said he did not have his license today ( which is a violation), today I called again to get it, they stated they are not allowed to give out that information and I would have to get it from him himself, but how convenient he’ll be out of the country for 2 weeks.
