Followed Gina from Valley Hi. She is the reason we go back to Great Clips. We signed on line and didn't wait long as the drive took most of the time. The store was decorated with back to school theme. Everyone was in good spirits. Thank you Gina!!!!

Never getting a haircut from this place again. The female stylist doesn't sanitize her clippers. I haven't got a haircut in two months because I'm trying to get rid of the disgusting bump I got from my lady haircut at this Great Clips. I you decide to still come here make sure you watch them sanitize their clippers. 🤬

For a decade I visited this location up until they refused to serve an individual who worked for the county at the time, in uniform. The general manager stated it was because a stylist had a previous record. I can assure you, the county employee was not there for your employee yet you chose to discriminate against the individual and not allow them to be serviced at your locations. Funny thing is, other locations owned by other franchisees welcomed that individual. You should be ashamed of yourself, General Manager.
