This is the WORST place to get a haircut. The girl is lucky i dont name her she didnt even cut my hair correctly. She literally let it sit on my shoulder and cut it and expected it to be even. I will never return. Customer service 0 out of 10. Thanks for my butchered cut great clips!
The manager at this location came in to personally discuss a haircut that was not properly done and took very good care of the situation with utmost kindness. I would recommend this location if you are in the area and need a quick hair cut. The wait time was much shorter than expected the last time I visited.
The stylist did not listen to what I asked for and gave me a completely different cut than what I usually get. And he was really aggressive with the razor and left my neck sore in several spots. I do not recommend this location. Two years getting my new hair style the way I wanted it to look gone in 15 minutes.
Carter did an awful job on my son’s hairs cut it looks nothing like any images shown to him. He took forever as well with awful results. My son has been wearing a hat and won’t stop since the hair cut. Please make sure your employees have real hair cutting licenses.
