i had excellent experience on my last hair cut, Maya the one who cut my hair. She was awesome person with kind heart and excellence in customer service, i recommend her to promote as a manager level.
I needed someone to wash my hair, and Luann did a wonderfully divine head massage while she washed my hair. She barely did any blow drying. I went there another time for the same reason, and the girl who helped me didn't do a great head massage, but she did blow dry my hair, too.
I have been going there for a few months & previously they were great. Today, wasn't. They have in the system the haircut, and I bring photos too. Instead the haircutter said "I will do a 5". I said "What, I do a 2 or 3, where did you come with a 5?". She said that is what I do for this style. I replied, "Why does it have 2 or 3 on the print out, I don't want a 5!".
