Excellent service and cut it like I want it
Horrible!!. If I could give it zero stars I would. I have been in customer service for over 25 years this is by far is one of the worse experience I have ever had. I had a older gal with really short reddish pink hair, she did not introduce herself to me. I told her I wanted to cut my hair 6 inches past my shoulder. My hair went past my buttocks, so when she put rubber bands in my hair she asked if I was donating it and i said no because I was not cutting off enough to do so.
