Melissa has been the worst experience I have had in years of haircuts, from her unprofessionalism and unwillingness to understand to her lack of hesitation. I had shown an image and was clear on how I wanted layers. First, she hadn’t checked if my part was even, which even the most amateur hair stylist knows to do.
