I actively come back to this location JUST for the older gentleman that does my hair. He listens to what I want and does an amazing job.
I was turned away for service. I commute for work and Thursdays are the only time Great clips is open late. So using the app vs waiting in the lobby work perfect for me. I left for my appointment early, got the text about my appointment on the way. Arrived on time. And the door was locked. George met me at the door and said that they were closed. We spoke. Be aware that the online information about wait time may be inaccurate. I drove to a nearby Great Clips because the search site said it was lighter than usual. Upon arrival to the nearly empty waiting area, I was told the wait was 2 hours! They pointed to a monitor with over 12 people who had checked-in online. The trick is to do the same and arrive at your given time.
